Spring might be here????!!!!

This week we are suppose to be in the 70's and have no rain. I am so excited! We are getting our garden planted and I am getting so excited for the grocery store in the backyard and produce that tastes DIVINE! I have been wanting to grill and eat all the things we eat in the summer from the garden, unfortunately we are still a few weeks away. The lettuce, spinach, radishes & peas are just beginning to pop their heads above ground. So I guess I will just get to keep waiting, and meanwhile stick with grilling as much as possible and when not, just eat outside, which we are doing most days for lunch.

M - Frito Pie, a family favorite.
T - Grilled Chicken Salad
W - Rice, Chicken Burgers, Veggie
Th - Navajo Tacos, I am tempted to grill the bread dough (on tin foil of course to avoid Glutenizing the grill), but wonder if that would be as yummy. Any thoughts?
F - Date night, the kids will probably get grilled cheese or something similar.

I've only grilled pitas just with olive oil to heat them through. I have used my pizza stone in 500 degree oven to make some yummy flat breads. Have fun!
