I have been racking my brain for something to eat this week and so far I am not real excited for the options. I am excited, however, that the Richters from Nashville are moving to Providence (about 2 3 miles away) on Tuesday. We are so excited to have friends from Nashville close! That said, this is what we are having.
M - Lasagna casserole & Salad-- I have a bunch of spinach that needs to be used before more is ready in the garden. Any suggestions of other uses for spinach other than pasta and salad. I am going to freeze some also. I don't know what to do when the lettuce is ready.
T - Tacos - Brandon's night to cook
W- Hamburgers or Chicken on the grill with veggies and salad
Th - Gunge (rice, peas & hamburger mixed together with soy sauce over top)
F & Sat - Vacationing to Salt Lake

quiche--and you can freeze it and probably make it GF say hi to the Richters!
OOOOO-- we love quiche, we just do it crustless.
I love using spinach in one of my filipino recipe that has chicken. I'll email you a recipe. I am using a wheat free soy sauce in my recipe now.
