We are taking it very easy this week.
M - Leftover ham something, I'm thinking of hot stuffed potatoes with the ham
T - Eating out
W - Taco Soup
Th - Hot dogs
F - Ravioli (Plain GF pasta for K) with a tomato sauce. I'll either make one or just use one from the freezer, depend on the mood. Hopefully, I will get around to making Rosemary Peasant Bread.
S - BBQ chicken on the grill, weather permitting, with rice and veggies
I know Anne Marie has GF people in their house so I am passing along my Gluten-free version of Cynthia's Rosemary Peasant Bread. After searching and researching I finally adapted it for K. It turned out fabulous, my husband ate some not realizing it was GF and was suprised how good it tasted. Admittedly, so was I, since it was my first time adapting a yeast bread. Way to go on creating a gluten-free recipe. i'm forcing myself to follow recipes (at least the first time) so I know what I can change. So glad it worked out.
