So if I don't do this now I'll forget! I did forget to get the chicken out of the freezer so what to do...
Cue leftover turkey and lots of veggies to make stirfry. Then with lots of turkey still I made sour cream turkey enchiladas for the dinner tonight.
A little more sour cream done and leftover turkey gone.
